1. What we collect

   When you request an audit or contact us: your name, practice name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed and the device used. It gives us patterns, not names.

2. Why

   To reply to you, prepare and deliver your audit, and provide our services if you become a client. We don't sell personal information.

3. Patient information

   We don't collect patient records or personal health information through this website, and our services are designed so we never need to.

4. Where it is stored

   Form submissions are processed by our website host and kept in our business email and records. Some providers may store data outside Canada.

5. How long

   If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

6. Your choices

   Ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop hearing from us, at any time by emailing hello@forestcitysearch.com.
