Why it matters

Three problems we find most often.

Hours that disagree with the website. A phone number that differs from the one on the page. No way to book from the listing. Each one sends mixed signals to Google and costs you calls.

Google Business Profile

What we manage.

  1. Ownership

We first confirm who controls the profile and move it into your practice's own Google account.

  2. Categories

A primary category that matches your main service, secondaries that do not imply a specialty you do not hold, every service listed.

  3. Hours and booking

Regular and holiday hours that match your website, and a booking link, including Reserve with Google for Jane clinics.

  4. Photos

Real photos of your team, your space and your entrance, updated through the year. No stock images.

  5. Reviews

A reply to every review in your voice, written so it never confirms that someone is your patient.

  6. Protection

Watching for unwanted edits, duplicate listings and spam competitors, and reporting them to Google.

Google Business Profile

Practitioner listings.

Google allows each dentist or physiotherapist a listing alongside the practice. Handled well, they add visibility. Handled badly, they split your reviews and confuse patients. We decide case by case, with the practitioner's agreement.

Rankings are checked at 49 points around your clinic every month. How we track them.

Questions

Questions.

Why does my clinic rank well near the clinic but not a few kilometres away?

Distance is one of the three main factors Google uses, so rankings fade with distance. A stronger listing, more reviews and better pages widen the area where you show up.

Can you remove bad reviews?

Only reviews that break Google's policies, such as spam, fake reviews or conflicts of interest, can be removed, and Google makes that call. We flag those and help you reply to the rest calmly and without revealing anything about the patient.

Should we use a call tracking number on our profile?

Often, yes, with your main number added as an additional phone so your details stay consistent. We set it up so calls from your listing are counted without confusing Google or patients.

We moved or changed our name. What happens to our listing?

Update it, do not create a new one. We update the profile, your website and the main directories at the same time, so Google sees one consistent story.
