The rules

Dentists have the strictest advertising rules in Ontario.

The RCDSO treats your website, Google listing and social accounts as advertising. Within its rules, dental marketing works well, because patients search with clear intent: a family dentist after a move, an emergency visit tonight, a treatment they have been putting off.

What that rules out.

  • No testimonials, including review widgets on your own website.
  • No "best", no "state of the art", no comparison with other practices.
  • Nothing that promises results or plays on fear.
  • No giveaways, contests or free services, so no "free whitening".
  • Any page that names a treatment says whether you are a general dentist or a specialist.
  • Marketing fees cannot be a share of the business a campaign brings in. Ours are flat.

What we do

What we do for dental practices.

  1. Google profile

Categories and services tuned for the treatments you want more of, without implying a specialty you do not hold.

  2. Google Ads

Campaigns for new-patient exams, emergency visits and higher-value treatments, copy checked against RCDSO rules.

  3. Treatment pages

One clear page per treatment, in plain language, stating who provides it, fees shown clearly if you list them.

  4. Calls and bookings

Call tracking and missed-call text-back, because a missed new-patient call goes to the next practice on the list.

Most practices with one or two dentists choose Practice Growth at $3,000 a month. Multi-dentist practices usually need Practice Growth Plus, from $4,500. Full pricing, or what dental marketing costs in London.

Questions

Questions.

Can we show our Google reviews on our website?

Not under current RCDSO guidance, which rules out testimonials in your advertising, including your own website and social accounts. Patients can still review you on Google, and we help you reply in a way that protects their privacy.

Why don't you charge per new patient?

Because the RCDSO tells dentists not to enter advertising arrangements that share fees based on the business a campaign brings in. Flat monthly fees keep your practice clearly on the right side of that rule.

Can you guarantee a certain number of new patients?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the work, and we show you exactly what it produced in booked appointments every month.

We already have a website from a dental marketing company. Do we need a new one?

Usually not. We start with an ownership check to confirm who controls your domain, site and accounts. Most gains come from your Google profile, reviews, ads and a few focused pages.
